I am very unhappy with the way this company handled my move.
We booked this company through Flat Rate Express. They took my son's car from Michigan to Camas Washington. Had a delivery date, arrived early , son was not there yet, tried to force me to take delivery. Son arrived next day and they said they took my car to Seattle to pick up another car and would deliver next day. Turns out they called my son later that evening and wanted to bring the car by. They said we are sorry but the trailer lights are broke and if we want our car they would have to drive it 10 miles to him. He said ok. Upon delivery the driver hurried my son along to sign and pay. He said his ride had to leave. Son checked outer car and everything was fine. He opened the trunk and found shards of glass all over. He looked into the back seat and found alot more pieces of glass. He tried to get the guys to stop but they kept driving away.
After weeks of denial and phone calls, they finally admitted to breaking his back window during transit. Yes they paid for the repair but all we wanted to find out is where they took it for repair so we could make sure everything was properly installed. We had to take the car to a dealer to make sure everything was ok. They could tell the window was not a dealer install. To this day not a return phone call from them or the driver. Flat Rate says they have tried calling and no response either. Not sure who to beleive but I would double check this company before using them. All they had to do was to admit the damage instead of trying to hide it..
